Amazing. I love my therapist Alexa. She is helping me so much! She is so kind, knowledgeable, and down to earth. She is extremely smart. She's also very warm and welcoming, (she always makes me feel so comfortable to say ANYTHING). She's so honest and very helpful and she always gives off such positive energy, so I find it very healing to talk to her. She is a natural at this! ♥️
I came to therapy to seek couples counseling. I went with my spouse to receive help for one year for my six year relationship. At first, therapy seemed to help us. Within months, her “advice and homework” became repetitive and quite useless. I know in general the responsibilities were based upon myself and my partner, but I wish she tried harder.
