I worked with Richard Hillman at Silverlake on a debt settlement program. He was very friendly until I signed the contract. After signing, he immediately transferred my account to Clarity Debt Resolution where the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. I contacted Richard for help and he straight-up lied. He told me Clarity was working with my creditors, but when I contacted my creditors they had no record of Clarity or anyone else contacting them. I filled out the online application with Silverlake last week and their agents were very prompt in contacting me back with an approval. I am very happy with the rate they presented to me and they really take their time and go over everything with you. I am super busy with work during the week and they were able to contact me while working around my busy schedule.
Speaking with a customer service rep at Silverlake was indeed very helpful and he talked me through questions I had. He was very patient and very thorough making sure I understood everything.

Cant say enough good things about Silverlake financial. They were quick at getting back to me and I got approved the same day. They did a soft credit pull which was great because I didn't want any hard inquiries on my credit report. I got a good rate and happy do business with a local company.
