I filled out the online application with Silverlake last week and their agents were very prompt in contacting me back with an approval. I am very happy with the rate they presented to me and they really take their time and go over everything with you. I am super busy with work during the week and they were able to contact me while working around my busy schedule.
Speaking with a customer service rep at Silverlake was indeed very helpful and he talked me through questions I had. He was very patient and very thorough making sure I understood everything.
