Dont go here! They scam you! Wife just got scammed for almost $500 for a first vist. They quoted her $140 for the exam plus a free cleaning, rushed her into the back with out telling her it would be $500. Then lied to her saying "You're husband said you wanted the savers plan". I had no clue what the savers plan was till they pitched it to me over the phone and I denied it. Very shady. Ask for the full price up front before they rush you back. I called in for an emergency tooth extraction because I could no longer tolerate the pain. The office told me they would call me back to see if they could fit me into the schedule. About 30 minutes later, Jazz called and let me know that Dr. Lee was able to squeeze me in. Dr. Lee was amazing, professional, and very comforting throughout the entire process. I’ve had such a pleasant experience at Silver Lake Dental Care with Dr. Lee and the entire staff. From the moment you check in to the actual dental work, everyone is welcoming, professional, and caring. Dr. Lee is very thorough, knowledgeable, and takes the time to truly listen to any concerns or questions. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and making sure you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Silver Lake Dental Care!
The staff is very helpful and friendly, All the ladies help me. Even though I was in the chair making noises, gagging, the were patient and very understandable. I recommend 100 stars. I am not a person who likes the dentist, but my extraction was smooth and no pain. Just pressure, I will make this place my new dentist, Dr Lee and her staff is Amazing...
