My family loved going to eat at your restaurant and have enjoyed it for many years, that is until we've heard you have sacked half of your wonderful staff for no reason. People who have worked for you for over thirty years! So yeah you have lost us and many others cause the word loyalty apparently doesn't exist in your world.
