Perhaps the worst service experience of my life. I love Montecito and choose to support local busineses, but the woman at the front of this shop is so incredibly rude and arrogant, I will never support Silverhorn again. What a shame. Particularly because the actual jewelry maker is wonderful, kind, and skilled. I cannot recommend this business to anyone unelss the front of the house learns to treat all people -- not just a particular profile that they are looking for -- with dignity and respect.

What a wonderful experience! Thank you for helping my brother, sister and I to find the most special diamond pendant for our mom's 70th birthday. It's an heirloom our family will cherish forever. We also appreciated the extra time and attention given to educate us on our purchase.

I have shopped at Silverhorn Jewelers for many years. Silverhorn is absolutely my favorite place to both purchase and have custom jewelry pieces made. The quality of craftmanship and gem quality is simply outstanding. Customer service and attention to detail is absolutely the best. One can shop here with trust and confidence.
