I’ve been renting a unit at Silverhawk Storage for the past 5 years of so and it’s been nothing but a great experience. The customer service is always warm and helpful, and the place is super clean and easy to access. I’ve never had any issues, and it just feels like a place you can trust to keep your things safe. Grateful I found them when I did. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a solid, stress-free storage spot.
The customer service here is AMAZING! I called in to grab a storage last minute with Amaya. She kindly walked me through the process of booking online, she was patient and kind. I then received a call from Dakota who went over important details of my storage prior to my arrival. She answered all my questions graciously. This place is clean, great customer service and easy access. Thanks again to the Silver Hawk Storage team.
