Terrible customer service. Our storage lock became defective and the staff refused to break our lock during office hours! Staff refused to reimburse us for the cost of hiring a locksmith. Do not do business with this company! We pay an exorbitant amount of rent every month and the staff refused to help us in any way.
Silverhawk storage is a great facility. The representative in front Rebecca is great. She is friendly and gives you a tour on a golf cart to see the storage (nice she doesn’t make you walk) They have waters and snacks for the customers Storage is nice a clean Safety they have 24 person in house in case emergency which is great. Definitely recommend

She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming and professional, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. We highly recommend Silverhawk Self Storage and truly appreciate the excellent customer service!
