Just remembering a terrible experience I had with Tom in 2022 and think it’s important that anyone considering working with him understand two things - (1) He might be difficult to work with and may not take responsibility for work that hasn’t been done correctly (even if it was one of his subcontractors) and (2) He may use materials that aren’t appropriate for the application in order to Value Engineer and get the costs down for himself.
