We rented a “serviced” apartment in New Malden through Silverdoor. It’s interesting how difficult it is to leave any reviews anywhere for said apartment. Silverdoor themselves were ok to deal with, but the apartment was tired and in a relatively appalling state. The oven and hob didn’t work properly (didn’t work to a temperature) so impossible to cook on. Front door code system didn’t work at all, so we were given a flimsy key, felt very unsafe.
