Very nice Clinic, was helpful and they gave sound advice. Worth the paperwork.
This VA Clinic is so convenient for me, 10 minutes away from home. The staff at the front desk is outstanding. The nurses and my PCM listen to my needs.
"Thank you for your service" sounds about as sincere as my yearly 'physical'. Telephone call ONLY ! Not even telemed, blood work, etc. 100% service connected. . . . .
Don't try to call. You'll get nowhere. Been trying to call for hours to get a primary care provider and all I've gotten is literal run around wait menus and rude staff from some other place telling me I need to contact my local VA facility to get primary care... WHICH IS LITERALLY WHO I CALLED IN THE FIRST PLACE USING THE NUMBER PROVIDED ON THE WEBSITE FOR SILVERDALE VA.
