On Wednesday Mat 5th (around 10 am) I dropped my 2011 Jeep Wrangler off at Silverdale Transmission & Automotive, located at 9305 Silverdale Way NW Silverdale, WA 98383. I did not hear anything from them until Monday May 10th (had to call 2 times to get someone that could give me answers). It took someone from Silverdale Transmission & Automotive 4 days to return my call (they are not open on Saturdays/Sundays so technically 6 days).
