On Wednesday Mat 5th (around 10 am) I dropped my 2011 Jeep Wrangler off at Silverdale Transmission & Automotive, located at 9305 Silverdale Way NW Silverdale, WA 98383. I did not hear anything from them until Monday May 10th (had to call 2 times to get someone that could give me answers). It took someone from Silverdale Transmission & Automotive 4 days to return my call (they are not open on Saturdays/Sundays so technically 6 days). During this time my jeep had yet to even be checked for the transmission problem I had brought it in for. I was later informed (I believe Tuesday) that I would have to have my transmission rebuilt at a cost of 4,412.00. At the time I believed that Silverdale Transmission & Automotive was the best option to complete this work and asked them to start work on my Jeep. I was informed on May 13th that the work was completed and I could come get my jeep May 14th. On Friday May 14th I had a friend take me to get my Jeep and wait for me while I completed the payment, once I got into my jeep, I noticed that it did not sound right when I stared it, and that it was making noises and shaking (Should have been noticed during test drive by tech) I was still in their parking lot, and re-parked and informed the office person that that my Jeep was not working correctly and needed to be re-looked at. About 2 hours later I returned to collect my Jeep and was informed that they had not put my exhaust (or muffler) back on correctly and it had moved causing the noise and shaking. I drove my Jeep to work later today (May 14th) and when I got back into the Jeep, I noticed that it had a bad shake when it was put into park/ idling, an issue that was not present prior to taking it to Silverdale Transmission & Automotive. Due to Silverdale Transmission & Automotive not being open on the weekends, I will have to wait till Monday (May 17th) to hopefully get in touch with someone, I have called and left a voice mail at this time.
