Dr. Jordan was so helpful! I work in kitchens and have issues with my neck and lower back. He gave me all the tools necessary to aid my pain and find more long term solutions. Would definitely recommend!
I cannot recommend Dr. Jordan Duncan at Silverdale Sport & Spine enough. After my sciatica flared up for a second time, I was bracing myself for another miserable ordeal—the last time this happened, it took months just to see doctors, and I was in pain for a very long time before it cleared up on its own. I highly recommend the evaluation and treatment provided by Doctor Jordan Duncan. I had been suffering foot and ankle pain for over nine months and had been evaluated and treated by my primary care physician and orthopedic specialist but got negligible relief. The benefits from the Mackenzie method were evident after the first week and my foot and ankle pain resolved after a month.
I had been seeing Dr. Jordan Duncan for shoulder and rotator cuff pain as well as for issues with my sternum. He worked with me to find exercises and stretches that benefitted my body over time. These were tailored to my specific injuries and needs. A year later, I have NO shoulder problems, no more sternum pain, and a wide array of helpful movements to keep my body ready! If I ever need chiropractic services again, he’ll be the first person I call.
I have had quite a few treatments for knee pain over the past 20 years, including a multiple meniscus surgeries.
