Jordan is very knowledgeable, helpful, and a genuine nice guy. He was always professional and helped me learn more about my back pain. He worked with me to figure out ways that I can help myself when I start hurting to relieve the pain. As well as tips, practice doing movements, and trying different positions to help prevent my back from hurting in the first place. Highly recommend!
Jordan recently came in to provide a back health presentation for our caregivers; it was very informative and helpful. I started seeing Dr. Duncan at Silverdale Sport & Spine because of an injury I sustained where I pulled a muscle in my upper back and ended up with a pinched nerve in my neck that shot into my left arm, causing excruciating pain for months.
