I started seeing Dr. Duncan at Silverdale Sport & Spine because of an injury I sustained where I pulled a muscle in my upper back and ended up with a pinched nerve in my neck that shot into my left arm, causing excruciating pain for months. I've had on going back issues for months, physical therapy was not much help, first chiropractor after 8 weeks said i can't help you anymore. I read Jordans article about posture and decided to call him. Best think i ever did, my back feels great and Jordan showed me what i have to do to stay healthy.
