I have always had a wonderful experience with this place UNTIL one incident where I was denied care because they wanted to repeat an X-ray before my insurance would approve (because it was too soon). l asked if my only option was to leave or pay out of pocket. The attendant said yes, those are my only option. So I said that I guess I would have to cancel the appointment and leave. Silverdale Dental Center is the only place I would recommend. Right from the moment I walked through the door, the staff are so welcoming, and that helped me feel comfortable and relaxed. The Doctor made sure that the procedure I had done was pain free and I felt immediate relief afterward. The doctor and staff are so professional and friendly and I felt confident that could relax and I was in good hands. This is a wonderful place. Sonja Choate
I had an extraction done by Dr. Jeffery Phillips and I was a little nervous, but he and the wonderful assistant helped to make me less nervous about the procedure. Dr. Phillips made sure I felt no pain before proceeding with the extraction. It has been a couple of days and It is healing quite nicely. This is an update to my previous review. In 2017, I moved back to Silverdale and decided to return to Silverdale Dental as I had no previous issue during the one visit I had with them prior to transferring. They've updated their building quite nicely. Staff was very friendly. As far as the dental work goes I was in pain to the point of my body tensing up.
