Trustworthy Shop This is a Great shop. They are knowledgeable and very friendly. They do an excellent job and don't cut corners. Ken is great at explaining what is going on with your car and laying out all the options and then working with you to get the job done. Ive had nothing but great experiences with these guys.
Just Fantastic Absolutely uneventful--that's GREAT! I explained the problem, they gave me a quote to include all the things they may have to do, and promised my car back in a day. They finished in a little over half a day and charged me exactly what they estimated. The car ran great and everything was put back together correctly. Not to mention the peace of mind from their warranty. No more going over to Seattle or Tacoma for Audi service to pay over twice as much and take twice as long!!
Good Prices & Great Service I've been to a lot of auto repair shops in the county and Silverdale Autoworks has provided the best level of service and good prices that I've been able to find. Their staff is alway friendly and curtious and everything is explained in detail. I'd recommend them to anyone.
