please read…If i could give 0 stars i would… “Dr. Chips” traumatized the living hell out of my dog one too many times and we no longer allow her to see any of our animals, she will never get near them again. She performed multiple “nail cauterization” procedures on my dog while she was awake. This caused her to shout, yelp, pee everywhere, Nala wouldn’t let any of their staff near her ever again. Everyone is so nice and always take care of our cats healthcare needs.
The office manager was very rude when I was there with my dog. I was waiting at the window, she saw me, ignored me while doing paper work for almost 5 minutes. I would not trust them with my pets.
Great service and care and concern about your pet !
Very rude every time I went there they acted like your are inconveniencing them and are not happy people
