They don’t even deserve one star ! Whatever you do! Do not go to this place . It’s like they don’t want to work. You have to be chasing them to get an answer , they say you qualify, make you spend on everything and then say you don’t qualify.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife and I have been given multiple closing dates with no closing in site. Our process has lasted over 3 months with loan officer Lupe. I don’t know how many times you can send the same letters because processors or Lupe can’t find it anymore. Just a joke

Alguien con apellido De la Cerda y otro que se llama Ivan creó… me hicieron perder mi tiempo y nunca me ayudaron, sólo hacían preguntas que cuanto dinero tenía, cómo que es lo único que les importa y la persona llamada Ivan me hacía preguntas bien raras cuando fui a la oficina… me preguntaba si me gustaba las cosas buenas, que si era avaricioso y otras preguntas que no creó ayudaban nada en el proceso de comprar una casa… también me recomendaron que le mintiera al banc... read more
