my mum has visits from silver chain,they are never there on the days they are meant to be,they bullied my mum,tell her what she can and can't do in her own home,they yell at her and speak down to her,they haven't finished anything they have started including tidying the garden and cleaning inside her house.their standards in cleaning is absolutely terrible,only mopping the floor with cold water and leaving more visible marks than there was and they vacuumed the carpet and didn't clean out the vacuume,they didn't clean the ba... read more
I have had 2x different Silver chain staff visit me at home to do dressing changes and I cannot fault their service and their consideration to my well-being,well done people
I have worked for Silver Chain in Osborne Park, great team, great managers. Hot desking is a big thumbs down and funding for admin staff. Overworked in this job but not under appreciated. Great team morale.
