I was phisicaly abused by a nurse that was supposed to help me in my own home..When I complained to the coordinator I was discharged leaving me hopeless.
I like to say a very big thank to Ann and her team of angles who looked after my personal hygiene after my shoulder operation over the last few weeks. I can not thank you enough God bless and carry on your great work you are all stars in by book 🤩

If all the nurses were as thorough as Andrea the healing time would be alot quicker without unnecessary added infections and delays on healing. Absolutely amazing nurse, with outstanding medical skills. Thanks Andrea, finally feel as if I'm on the road to recovery!! You are fantastic and your medical knowledge and care for patients cannot be faulted.
One of their nurses was rude ,racist and misogynistic towards me at a shared client’s home on Morrison road ingenia gardens swan view today Wednesday 3rd April 2024 at 10 am.He didn’t like that I addressed his lack of professional courtesy so he responded by wa ing his finger in my face,yelling and referring to me as a stupid woman ,an idiot and stating he can’t deal with “these people”.
