Silvercare was instrumental in helping get significant upgrades for our wheelchair. They helped communicate with the doctors office on the prescription and were prompt in follow up and installation. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. Kudos to Philip and Stephanie in the main office for all of their hard work in getting the work done.

My father received a powered wheelchair from silver care. It needs maintenance and I've been calling and leaving messages for a few days with no response.

I've had my wheelchair for almost 2 years. I've done all that. They've asked me to do all the scripts that they wanted me to get I've gotten. I sent emails and called them numerous times without any any response. Now I can't even get a hold of them. They won't answer the phone. Not very happy customer and if this keeps going on I'm going to recommend nobody going to them. I'd like to get some help. My name is Walter K. If I could give them 0 stars for customer service I would but one is the lowest google would allow me.
