DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! Miguel the silver car rep cancelled my reservation while I was on a 14 hour flight because I couldn’t answer a phone call. He was not helpful at all and left us stranded at the airport. Terrible service!

Rented car recently in October and unfortunately it was hit in a parking lot with minor damage. Informed this location I would use my credit card as primary insurance. They filed claim with personal insurance instead and now my personal rate has increased by almost 40%. Have had much difficulty getting documents I need to process through credit card. My personal insurance won’t drop the claim until Silvercar provides them additional documents that they have been requesting for several weeks now. The claim is part of my perma... read more
