Everyone was very enjoyable to talk to. The different projects that had to be taken care of after a very large tree fell on my house during the last storm. Gutters replaced, entire removal and replacement of existing roof, fence repair and that huge downed tree that had to be cut and removed!! Honestly I was frightened when I notice my roof needed to be replaced. I had several people recommend Silver Brook. I called them and I had mentioned that it was my first time doing a home repair of this magnitude. They were very polite and walked me through everything step by step. David was such a great communicator and so professional!!!! He came for an estimate as I was concerned my screws were needing checked on my roof on my house and a corner of my barn roof had needed a small repair. He did both and didn’t charge a thing!!! That kind of kindness doesn’t happen everyday! I will definitely call him if I have any needs that he could fix and I will certainly refer him to anyone! This company operates with honesty and integrity. I'm late posting this but, last year, I had a small leak in my attic. I knew the area of the roof it was coming from.
