We engaged Silverbird to care for our mom, who was then 104 and required assistance to move around. The agency gave Mom the best of care. They went beyond the call of duty to provide excellent support day in and day out. Lola herself, or other staff members, would sometimes cover shifts if aides were unable to be there. I recently employed Silverbird to take care of our 96 year old Mom. Who was bed-ridden. Lola, Eleanor and Renee and others, did a marvelous job. They gave medications, washed Mom, changed her linens, did laundry and cleaned the house. They were compassionate , efficient and kept me informed of goings-on each day.
