My dad has been at Silverbell almost 3 years. It is a nice quiet facility and always clean. Perfect for my Dad who has dementia and needs things to be calm and consistent. Abby has done a great job managing his care and ensure he is getting what he needs. Makes my life easier knowing he is comfortable and taken care of at Silverbell. Thank you!!
My mother sadly passed, however her last year was made very special staff.. in particular her daily care by a ver special.staff member who made her feel like they were family and not just a patient. Abigail Santiago made my mother feel like she had a friend and daughter there, and thru her last days Abigail was right there doing her best for my mom. She was a blessing.. and I cannot recommended her enough.
Yesterday I visited my dad and he was having a rough day. Abby reassured me that he was ok and she would help him to get in a better mood. I woke up this morning to a message from Abby that dad had a better rest of the day and was happy. She wanted to reassure me and this kindness and care is so much appreciated.
Silverbell Manor has done a great job taking care of my dad. The staff are kind, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and communication with our family has been reassuring. There’s always room for small improvements, but overall, we’re very happy with the care he’s receiving. Thank you to the team for your dedication! ⸻
In regards to Silverbell Manor & staff, Lake Orion, Michigan and Abigail, Manager. My 93 year old father lives at Silverbell Manor with five other men. I would highly recommend this facility for Assisted Living. I feel that Abigail is the very best and I respect her authority over the other staff. Her decisions with the facility and authority are kind, supportive, attentive, positive and take excellent care of my father. It’s a happy place for residents.
