I was talked into a simple cavity procedure that was unnecessary - I had no discomfort before and there was no evidence of a problem. This was the first procedure I have had done in 25 years. 10 days later I am at a 7 of 10 on pain in my upper jaw at the joint, and I am being told (by the dentist) I either have nerve damage that will last months (and might never recover) or a torn jaw muscle. Neither dentist expressed an semblance of understanding or concern - other than a concern for their practice.

I don’t like to leave negative feedback, if at all possible, but I do believe in being treated with respect. There are some cases of unintentional oversight, that can be overlooked, but this was obvious and deliberate rudeness. My family spend over $5000.00 here recently, but after asking to have my tooth looked at, on an emergency basis, the staff was obviously not happy. My husband and I have been a patient here for years. (5 years) Fillings, extraction, cleanings, etc. We've always been treated very professional with Dr. Baird and his hygienists in the past. I'm experiencing excruciating pain at the moment with a temporary root canal that I recieved from an endodontist.
