Since silverback took over the odessa, mo. location they have added excellent lighting and cameras. The gate to get in has always worked well and now you don't have to use your entry code to get out...there is a sensor to open it . Making monthly payments is very easy over the phone . They are reasonable people to work with. Thank you 😊 🙏 These are photos of the unit I just moved out of . It is a 10 10 . I was there for a little over 10 years.

I recently purchased an auction unit from Silverback Storage and had a great experience! The staff was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Everything was smooth from start to finish, and the facility was clean and well-organized. Definitely recommend them if you're looking for a reliable storage facility or auction opportunities!
