Customer service was great. We had our storage for A year and we're glad to see our things were sheltered from weather, and no bugs were able to enter. 10/10 would definitely use them again.
Great experience had no problem getting a storage space friendly people easy to work with highly recommend
Easy sign up and unit was clean and mov-in ready
It seems safe. The gate works securely and the staff especially the woman there named Shane is great to work with and very polite. If you’re in downtown Branson, it’s not a great location, but if you’re leaving your stuff there for a few months and don’t have to go there all the time it’s perfect
