Horrible experience
They took my sons vehicle from my apartment on 3/24/25 after 6:00 pm. THEY stated over the phone we could not get the price to pay unless in person and not without an appointment. We called them the morning of 3/25/25. They were disgustingly rude to us. Stated that we could not access the title which was in the car but had to do what we needed to provide proof of ownership.
