I had an electrical fault on my sailboat, I regrettably decided to use an electrician recommended by a friend to figure out the problem, they tried to troubleshoot my system and ended up messing it up further. Kevin at Silverback came out to a boat access only dock, and figured it out in under ten minutes. Have nothing but good things to say about both his professionalism and the swiftness with which he carried out the diagnostic and repair process.

So, first of all, Kevin is one of the very few AC installers who will install Senville units (highly rated both on Amazon and off, about half the price of units most installers recommend. But needs to be installed professionally.) Secondly, he is a really nice guy. Cares about his work an his customers, very pleasant. But all of that would be for nothing if he did not do a great job. On time, on budget. Perfect.

Kevin is excellent. He quickly diagnosed what the issue was with my air handler, ordered the right equipment, and fixed my system. Not only did he fix it, he improved it by noticing a few other things that were dragging the system and fixed them too! I’ll always call Kevin going forward
