The silver back HVAC team are all extremely knowledgeable and have installed many heat pumps for our network. Highly recommend.

I hired Kevin from Silverback on the North Shore to adjust the ductwork for my central AC, and I was so impressed that I later had him replace my old hot water tank with an on-demand heater. He even worked overtime to make sure I had hot water that same evening. The new ductwork and condensate drain are tidy and well laid out. Kevin’s pricing is competitive, and his workmanship is highly professional. Highly recommend!
