“The gym and facilities are great and the environment is also really inviting and supportive. There are people of all fitness levels working out so it doesn’t matter if you’re just starting out. When you sign up the staff take time to get to know you and show you how everything works and they always greet you, often by name, when you come and go. Really good vibes and highly recommend!
One of the best gyms out there. A true lifting gym with a reasonable amount of cardio machines. Friendly and helpful staff and great members. I lost my phone and someone had brought it up to front desk before I even noticed it was gone. True iron plates that make that noise when they giggle. Tons of power racks and cables and good space between equipment. Love this Gym! I’ve been going here nearly 2 years. I’ve lost 75 pounds and gained muscle that I never knew I had. The owner's Kristi and Josh have been extremely supportive. Casie, my trainer has been very caring and knowledgeable in training me with the utmost professionalism. They all have been my biggest cheerleaders along with several of the other members.
Not the worst gym overall — it gets the job done. That said, there are a lot of small rules that make the place feel restrictive, and some equipment is worn or damaged and could use attention. The biggest drawback for me is the vibe: it comes across as very money-driven rather than a welcoming, family-style environment. With better maintenance and a more member-focused approach, it could be a much better experience.
Looking for a new gym but reading how the owner replies to the criticism/complaints is very unprofessional. Your not going to gain any new memberships if your treat customers that way Bro. If they don't pay the contract fees would there even be a Silverback Gym?
