Actually zero stars. Silverback has denied payment for every claim. After following up with UHC, all claims are getting paid. Is Silverback collecting 2X on each claim? Once from insurance company and once from patient?
The worst experience I've ever had. Even worse than WellMed. For 14 months I've tried to correct my mailing address. Have spent a total of 5.5 hours of my life on the phone trying UNSUCCESSFULLY to correct issue while being treated rudely by the staff.
When I needed their services I was treated with dignity and respect. I recommend this group because they went above and beyond customer service with compassion and care in my situation.
Mom has the AARP advantage plan with UHC. She was switched to NTSP without being contacted first. I have been told by numerous doctor and hospital staff that they are the worst to have for your aging parent. It has been a fight to get approval for home health. Long delays make the problems worse. It is difficult to find DMEs and doctors who will accept this insurance. With them your choices of treatment centers is very limited, which often equates to getting a poorer quality of care..
