An untrained vet tech made my dog cry and bleed everywhere from just a simple nail clipping. Than tried to disobey our wishes twice and try to finish the last paw
Silverado Vet Clinic is fantastic! They took my dog in at super short notice and from everyone from the girl who answered the phone, the vet tech and the vet, the staff exceeded my expectations! They helped my dog today with traditional medicine as well as holistic medicine. The vet Emilia was friendly, honest, intelligent and knew what was going on with my dog and how to help him. Thank you for the wonderful care today!! I highly recommend this vet clinic!
Silverado veterinary provides excelent quality and even more so,exceptional care for your loved ones. They go above and beyond at what they do best. We called late in the day,45 min before closing, were given an appointment and we showed up 25 min before closing and they took us in,knowing they would have to stay a bit late. They did thier tests and were okay with staying 15 min late. Feelings of comfort and care were felt the second we walked in the door. This will be our family's fist choice for.our dog from.now on. I took my older diabetic cat Ollie in for a checkup and to get some more insulin. He gets very stressed anywhere we take him and has a habit of pooping and peeing everywhere when he has to have tests done. They took him to the back to get blood tests done and sure enough he unleashed everything. The staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating throughout the whole ordeal and cleaned him up extremely well afterwards. I can't thank them enough for all their hard work.
