Yesterday, my brother and mom went there to assess his physio referral, and then suddenly the receptionist told them to get this to your Doctor and fill it up and he said that is not a referral, it's a "prescription"... when you see an Rx logo that doesn't mean automatically a prescription, read it first before you declare it...on my behalf I am very dissappointed, you wasted my mom's break time just to went there and you let them go back to the Doctor but all of the papers from AHS are sent to the located Physio and they ar... read more
Claire has been absolutely fantastic to work with. Nothing but positive energy here to help with the healing process after a fractured Fibula.
I want to shout out Harshana Kolongoda who helped me today and is an awesome physiotherapist! He gave immediate treatment (relieving) and explained movements to work on at home by myself before our next follow up to ensure things were strengthening properly. He gave me tests to ensure progress, and not further damage, the tissue. Thank you for your help, expertise and thoughtful care!
