Randy was prompt , courteous, and honest. I will definitely call him in the future if needed.
Ice machine had issues; they came out the next morning. They diagnosed the issue and replaced the broken part the following day. Had new issues the following day and they came out free of charge the next morning. Very polite, timely, and quality service at a good price.
This is my second time using Silverado Services. I would recommend them to everyone. Good quality and fair prices.

I have used Randy to install grab bars in my bath, new faucets in my bathroom, and new light fixture in my master closet. I could not be more pleased with the service he as provided. He is very knowledgeable, skilled, customer oriented, and fair with his pricing. While I have not used Randy to date for appliance repairs, I would not hesitate to call him, and I can definitely recommend him for general handyman work around your home
