To solve an unusual problem with my dryer, Randy put in an amazing amount of work first to ID the problem, then contact the company-which the company was unable to remedy. Randy then found a source for a substitute part and customized it for my dryer. It's installed now, the dryer works perfectly & I avoided having to buy a new dryer! His unusual tenacity and perserverence solved my problem. I value his service highly & will certainly will call him first for problems with any other appliances!
Randy is great! 100% trustworthy in the work he does and giving him access to our properties to get the job done without us being there. I highly recommend him in all your appliance repairs!
Wow! So happy I found Silverado Services! Randy repaired my washer the same day and he showed me exactly what the issue was and how he would repair it. He left my washer and dryer shiny clean. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
