My husband was here a week while I went to a conference in Florida and spent a few days at the beach. He said "This looks like the Waldorf Astoria." I felt I was on a cruise ship. NOBODY was in their room—all were active and social. Pets, a kitchen with snacks, cozy nooks for visits or to curl up with a book, and a playground for grandchildren. No one answers the noted phone number (972) 831 0273 because it is a fax machine line. There is no way that I can find how to get in touch with a loved one who has been relocated to the Silverado Senior Living Las Colinas. Extremely difficult, but not impossible, to drive to the Las Colinas address from Western Colorado just to verify my Aunt Loucille Evans is even a resident there! Most businesses at least have an answering machine which is an extremely poor way to communicate with anyone!
