Anyone who gave these guys more than one star hasn't dealt with them in awhile. They abruptly closed this location, tried to force people to their Highland Park location, and we got our Dad out of there asap. Upon his move, we realized that they misplaced / lost / sold / stole his glasses, hearing aid, favorite jacket, and several other items. Bottom line: You have plenty of other choices in a memory care facility in the Chicago area -- go find a different one from these people.

My experience with the staff at Auberge, Orchard Park is that they are always professional and compassionate. They are simply amazing and do a heroic job.

Don't let the high rating fool you. Original ratings were for the Silverado Orchard Park, which was a great facility with caring staff and leadership. The community was taken over by Frontier Management and transitioned to the Auburge in 2019. The care, cleanliness and communication decline substantially with the transition and many families who had loved ones in this community have since left. If you are looking for a safe and caring community for your loved one, look elsewhere (Silverado St. Charles for example).

The current management is driving away the best staff. We have two friends who have not been able to see their elders living here. Not even a window visit. Please do better for your residents & staff!
