My Mother's dementia has been extremely difficult for her and our family. The staff at Silverado has been exceptional in caring for our mother and helping our family understand the disease. Definitely the right choice our mother.

My aunt has been at Silverado Oak Village for 3 years. Thanks to the staff she is doing a 100% better then when she was living on her own. They adjusted her medication to help with anxiety, and breathing issues. They have always kept me informed of any problems or changes. Due to her confusion it is nice she doesn't have to go out for doctors appointments etc. The atmosphere is comfortable and more home like. Mom lived independently until the age of 94, when she broke her hip walking her dog. Although she recovered physically, her memory quickly waned ~ along with the ability to properly care for herself. We tried assisted living and caring for her in our own home, but she was unhappy and became an elopement risk. After touring several memory care facilities, we found Silverado Oak Village.
