We had unit 514 which was recently renovated, very comfortable and had all the amenities. Manager Mary was very welcoming and helpful in meeting all our needs, including allowing us to use her ski locker, among many other things. Requests were quickly met. All the workers greeted us with a smile. Facilities in the complex were all functional and clean. We enjoyed very much the 2 hot tubs, heated swimming pool, the sauna and the shuffle board game. Been staying here for 15 years. We love it. I think our favorite part is the hot tub! It feels like home at this point.
Terrible management. Called us while we were on our way to try to charge us an extra $160 for "cleaning" even though Booking.com policy is clear about no outside charges. They were super aggressive and hostile and said this was a "normal resort charge" and we couldn't stay without paying it. When I said no, they said that Booking.com made a mistake, and we as customers have to pay this extra fee. I kept declining, they tried to reduce it to $110. They also offered a full refund. Staff was great!
Charged us with a 160$ cleaning fee upon arrival without notice. Got into a back and forth and they ended up charging us 100. Additionally, they gave us a ski locker key that was bent and unusable. Scummy, do not come here.
