I purchased a Silverado home on Dayton Valley Golf course. I've owned 6 houses in my life. This is by far the worst built home I've ever owned. I'm amazed at the corners they cut and lack of quality. The floors creak, the drywall is substandard, peeling, the outside stucco has bare spots, the paint is horrible. For a brand new house I'm extremely disappointed. They must use scab labor instead of quality subcontractors.
Was told these homes were in a gated community. The front gate is always broken. The additional gates into the driving range sites have NEVER been installed.
They build the best quality homes in the area. Mike's a great guy.
Poor quality, poor value, not responsive, not professional.
