This Springs of Silverado Hills HOA is absolutely ridiculous and WILL make your life a living nightmare, DO NOT buy in this neighborhood!! We are currently waiting for a notice that says we can't park our cars on the street or our driveways and that our children are no longer allowed to play outside.
