I recently toured Silverado in Frederick, MD and was very impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I entered the community and saw my name displayed on the welcome board in the lobby, it was clear that attention to detail and personalization are priorities. Choosing a memory care community was the hardest decision I have ever made, but Silverado Frederick has been a complete blessing. Unlike other places I toured, this feels like a home, not a facility. The layout is bright and sunny, but what truly stands out is the staff. Every single person—even the culinary and housekeeping teams—is a trained dementia care specialist. They treat my Mother with such dignity and joy. Silverado has brought me peace in knowing that my Mother is going to be ok!
