I had the pleasure of visiting recently. The campus is lovely and the staff were very friendly. I noticed that several residents were engaged in activities and enjoying themselves. The suites and dining areas were spacious and well designed. The residents have access to beautiful outdoor spaces where they can enjoy fresh air. The residents really seemed to be at home.

I recently toured Silverado Frederick Memory Care Community and was genuinely impressed with the cleanliness and homelike environment. The rooms were large in size and the common areas were bright and spacious. What stood out to me most on the tour was the staff’s compassion and professionalism. There’s so many things that I love about this place that this is going to read like a paid advertisement for Silverado lol. Making the decision to place my mom in memory care was really tough. But it was clear that leaving her in her current assisted living facility was not in her best interest. Silverado is a home away from home for dementia care. They treat everyone with dignity and compassion, as if they are family. The staff care about the residents and become a part of their life. Family members are a welcome part of daily care with activities that keep the mind engaged and body active. Residents can even have a beloved pet live with them which I have never seen anywhere else. Silverado is amazing! They are extremely welcoming and you feel like you are family here. They take wonderful care of my mother, Peg! They had a very nice “spring fling” celebration today with excellent food and music. Top notch!! They are the best and we are blessed to have them in our lives!
