Choosing a memory care community was the hardest decision I have ever made, but Silverado Frederick has been a complete blessing. Unlike other places I toured, this feels like a home, not a facility. The layout is bright and sunny, but what truly stands out is the staff. Every single person—even the culinary and housekeeping teams—is a trained dementia care specialist. They treat my Mother with such dignity and joy. Silverado has brought me peace in knowing that my Mother is going to be ok!

We toured Silverado and were impressed with the community's happiness vibe and staff presence. The inclusion of family is stellar and the addition of a full time social worker equally noteable. From the pets to the residents, the community felt just right.

Silverado Frederick Memory Care is a beautiful, exceptionally clean facility where the staff truly treat every resident-and their families-like their own. It's not your typical Memory Care community. Every team member knows each resident by name, and the level of personal attention is remarkable.
