Silverado is one of the most vibrant memory communities I’ve ever been in. As a health care professional I’ve been to a lot of memory care facilities in Frederick. Silverado always feels warm and happy when you enter. They have so many activities that truly engage and enhance the lives of their residents. They have a very proactive approach to memory care and it shows.
The community is so warm & inviting, and the staff is very friendly. Every time I go there, the residents are engaged in so many fun activities! And the cute dogs are an added plus!
Silverado has an amazing leadership team and hard working, compassionate caregivers providing a safe as well as fun atmosphere for their residents to live a meaningful life!
Great memory care facility. Silverado is all about preserving as much brain health as possible for as long as possible. Every staff member is trained in dementia care. There is a full-time social worker to help the families with whatever comes up. There is a nurse available 24/7. There are many varied activities for the residents that are all geared to stimulate brain health. They also take the residents on outings.
