Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful care and treatment! I had two of my wisdom teeth extracted yesterday. Because of my fear of pain, I postponed the procedure for several weeks. Dentists who check your benefits and authorize work based on your limit should never surpass that limit, let alone do two extra, unapproved spots on teeth that need additional work just to claim two additional teeth constructions, and surpassing the limit on benefits, shouldn’t be allowed to operate. Period. I’m so tired of the fraud and liars who make up this industries professional. The whole dental collage is the biggest scam in the country.
The examination team was very thorough in explaining the dental health. I found their advice practical and aligned to the previous treatments I had from another clinic. I felt heard and my questions were answered to the best of their ability. Jane did an excellent job with the cleaning. She made sure that I was comfortable, asked if I was okay oftentimes and offered option. She works very hard and does her job perfectly. I would like to have her for my teeth cleaning again in the upcoming appointments.
I went to Silverado Dental Wellness to get my 2 teeth extracted ( wisdom and next to it). My Dentist and Assistant were both friendly, knowledgeable,polite and caring. My appointment was for 1hr but I was done by 30 minutes. I highly recommend this place to your teeth done. The front staff are Kind, knowledgeable,friendly and polite. 🙏
