Silverado came to our rescue when we were in a difficult situation from a previous assisted living facility. Our mom had been hospitalized and we needed a place when she was dismissed. We remembered that my aunt had been at Silverado and what a wonderful place and environment it was for her as well as the family when we visited. We called and they sent a sweet sweet young lady to visit us and set arrangements up. The next morning Silverado came and picked up moms furniture and had it all set up when she arrived. My wife has been at Silverado Cypresswoo for the last four years. I placed her here on the recommendation of two physicians which to the best of my knowledge had no financial interest in the facility--of of the physicians had had personal experience wit Cypresswood, a family member having been a resident. I cannot say enough good about the care that my wife has received during the four years. The care givers are outstanding and are very loving. My wife was a resident in Silverado from July 2015 until she died in May of 2017. She never had better and more loving care in any memory care facility. The medical attention was so great that I felt we had our own private nurses. When my wife died, care givers wept at her loss. I have many friends at SIlverado; residents, staff and resident's loved ones. They have been, and still are my family. I visit Silverado each week now for almost five months.
