The greatest move ever for our Mom. The management, staff, accommodations, etc…, are the best.
To begin with it’s a beautiful well maintained building that is spacious and comfortable. The place is very clean and always smells nice. The staff gives you confidence you have made the right decision for your loved one. Vicki, the manager is an acute businesswoman that has compassion for every patient and will soon be a great friend to all. She runs a tight ship that knows only one way to do their job. My mother-in-law lived in a facility under the direction of Vicki for a year. We were very happy with the program and felt like my mother-in-law was well taken care of there.
Vicki McGinnis cared for my dad, JW Watson, for 2 1/2 years. She and her staff were very attentive. We never worried about his care.
