I toured Silverado Memory Care in Calabasas this week and was pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked in. One of the first things I noticed that sets Silverado apart from many other memory care communities is that residents have the freedom to move throughout the community in a comfortable, secure environment. I don’t typically leave reviews but I recently visited Silverado Calabasas and was thoroughly impressed. I haven’t been to an assisted living of any kind before and I was pleasantly surprised upon being shown around that it didn’t feel like a “facility” it felt like I was walking into a home. It was cozy, clean, and calm. I got to meet some of the staff who were all extremely friendly and helpful while with the residents. I recently had the pleasure of visiting and touring Silverado, and I walked away incredibly inspired. The community itself is absolutely stunning, vibrant, and beautifully maintained, but what truly makes Silverado special is its people.
