I toured several memory care communities for my spouse, and Silverado Alexandria made the number one spot on the list owing to its calm, spaciousness, and cleanliness—not to mention the fact that it came highly recommended by more than one care manager and had positive Google reviews. Oh my goodness! Well, the Executive Director is the BEST I have ever experienced. And then that wonderfulness just melts all the way down to EVERYONE who works there. I think their biggest strength is their absolute commitment to from before you even move in they are setting up meetings to listen to you. Extremely supportive. I often called to ask questions about products used. My mother had dementia but was living elsewhere. I am so appreciative of their generosity and support.
