Oh my goodness! Well, the Executive Director is the BEST I have ever experienced. And then that wonderfulness just melts all the way down to EVERYONE who works there. Silverado Alexandria is a terrific facility. The staff is professional / efficient / effective / knowledgeable. There is a great sense of community, and care, in caring for my wife. She has been a resident for 16 months. They use common sense in making decisions, and we are comfortable with those decisions.
