Too many emotionally disturbed older women.The manager and the parks' maintenance man very good,but the disturbed women need to be thrown out.
This is a senior park for those 55+ yrs old. The rent is raised EVERY year. That's how the place is able to be maintained. The owner lives on-site and she dictates as to how the home spaces are to be kept. If you have anything outside that she doesn't like she removes it. She had a bunch of (live) trees cut down around my parents mobile home - now they have no shade & no sense of security.
