Necklace had a bent clasp, paid $130 to have it replaced with a new one and it was returned with the exact same clasp. Do not go here
They have horrible customer service. When I asked them about a defective watch band I bought from them a person behind the counter there yelled at me to leave their store. When I went to a different store they inspected the watchband and noticed the pin was bent. The person who claimed he was the owner was extremely rude.
Love the beautiful new location! Great staff who are super friendly making me love every visit to Silver World regardless of buying something big or small. They even order specialty pieces whenever you have something specific in mind that they don’t regularly stock. My baby girl’s earrings are exactly what we wanted! 🤩🇺🇸
0 stars, leaked water, broken hands, then called me a liar, refused to return my $. After calling me and my wife a liar I advised him I'd pull him across the counter for that. Do NOT do business with this crook! After 30 years in business (as I was told), you would think they would know how to replace watch batteries without complications by now!!!!
