One of the worst experiences of my life was boarding my horse at this facility. Due to numerous injuries and then a case of strangles, we were given 24 hour to vacate because I disagreed with the manager. The are very unprofessional, do not have good practices with managing the horses coming in and out. Shot records and vaccination requirements are non-existent and not properly verified. In my opinion I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are too many horses on the property, you won't be able to use the arena due to how many other riders are there. The owner is unprofessional and rude, and again in my opinion not someone who knows what they are doing. Though if you like a crowded place then this is the place for you. Also if you enjoy paying over 500.00 a month for full care and still taking care of your horse to make sure they are fed then go for it.

The owner isn't really the owner of the land or property. She leases it. She then sublets at whatever price she chooses, making it unfair to the boarders. She doesn't keep the horses fed or watered correctly (in my opinion) and she allows for over-crowding. She didn't have proof of shots or vet records, which was a big red flag. Children are left unattended, another red flag. When I brought this to her attention she asked me not to board there. LAST red flag needed.

This place is awesome! Huge indoor arena and hundreds of acres to trail ride on. You should go take a look if you are around Edmond looking for a place to ride. They do parties too. They have multiple barns and pastures for their boarded horses.
