Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Waiting time was reasonable; Vet was exceptional.
Friendly staff, vet Patty did not make me feel rushed. She asked a lot of questions and provided me with answers. She was not in a hurry to prescribe medication if it wasn't necessary. Everyone is so loving toward all the animals.
Wonderful experiences every time. Dr. Patti has the patience of a saint, takes the time to answer questions and concerns. Worth the drive. Prices are fair. Thanks to Dr. Patti and staff for all you do!
I am almost reluctant to leave a review as Silver Valley Vet clinic and Dr. Pam our the best kept secret when it comes to taking care of your critters. Saturday appointments at no extra cost, undivided attention, thorough. My doodle is going on 8 and this is the place she has and will ever go!
Dr Patty was the best! So informative and she explained everything in a way that I could understand what was going on with my sweet little doggie.
