If I could give them zero stars, I would... We have been loyal customers for over FIVE years!! We recently moved into a new house. Immediately, we started having issues with the gauge on the new propane tank that we lease from them. We blew threw $200 of propane in 10 days (11/30/19- 12/10/19). I had them come out to check the system because something did not seem right. They claimed to have fixed the gauge, gave us a $50 credit, and called it good. I recommend Silver Valley Propane, the installers of the tank, and the sales person were all professional, personable, and efficient. We got off on a rocky start as I was red tagged for a leak but after getting it fixed in one day they sent the sales person to nix the tag and got our hot water and stove working just fine! Thank you SVP!

BEWARE! the 'rental contract' renting to you, your own propane tank. They don't charge you the rent, but threaten to 'pick up' the tank if you are late on a payment.
I was trying to call to get prices on propane. They would not tell me what their regular prices were. They would only say what the first fill up would be. The lady that answered the phone would only tell me what my first full would be. I was trying to ask what the regular price to fill a tank would be. She actually hung up on me. I was not trying to be rude, and I was really shocked by the poor treatment.
Huge Rave for Silver Valley Propane!!! The best propane company I've ever dealt with BY FAR!! They have amazing customer service, on time, super nice and super efficient. Plus cheap prices!! Can't beat that. Other places wanted to charge me double what Silver Valley did for the same amount of propane. Plus they got to me faster than anybody else could, and I was in an emergency kind of situation. No extra charge like every other place tries to screw you with. So happy. Highly recommend them.
Great service, everything was quickly done just before Thanksgiving once I got landlord approval to switch companies. Definitely recommend!
Stan is an outstanding guy. He has been to my house twice in the past two months to fix, check and make sure our home is safe and have hot water.
