Poor customer service.
Mike has always done excellent work for me. I would always recommended him for the job. Is all ways honest and upfront on the work!
Mike at Silver Valley Electric installed a 30 amp outlet for me, but the polarity was reversed, and when I called him and asked him to come back to fix it, he refused. Therefore, I would say that Silver Valley Electric has poor customer service, follow-up, and work quality, in my opinion. I contracted with GM Electric out of Kingston. They came out and fixed the polarity for $65 which I thought was reasonable. GM Electric did good work at a good price.
