Horrible experience. I see by some of these reviews that I'm not alone. I bought a watch in Sept. for $40. After only wearing it about a half dozen times the straps fell off. I took it back to see what could be done. The owner offered no apologies and I considered him to be condescending. He explained it would be cost ineffective for him to replace the band. Stopped in last week with my daughter for the first time this year. We were looking for Cape Cod jewelry. We experienced helpful and friendly customer service as we looked through and tried on bracelets and necklaces. I enjoy shopping here because of the jewelry selection and affordable prices. There really is something for everyone! Great vacation stop!
